I visited the shop at 7:00 pm today for a 1-hour massage with Melon. I arrived about 5 minutes late and was charged $90 cash for a full hour by the receptionist. At the time of payment, I was not informed that the shop closes at 8:00 pm. Only after I was taken to the room was I told about the closing time. The massage then ended exactly at 8:00 pm, meaning I received around 50 minutes instead of the full hour I paid for. It’s been some time since I visited and I called late Saturday afternoon, they kindly obliged me an appointment that day. My therapist was excellent, technique and manner absolutely spot on. Right amount of pressure and the hot stones really helped me relax and come away feeling great. I will return.
