Took in to get my samsung screen fixed. Got it back wouldn't charge, finger sensors wouldnt work and had no sound. Insisted they didn't know what was wrong and that they couldn't fix it. Offered me a new phone being desperate at the time, left with no phone and 2 overtired kids, I took it. Between what I paid in repairs and then the next upfront cost I was over charged for a phone that wasnt anywhere near the cost of the phone I lost that was suppose to be a simple fix. Definitely don't recommend
