We are on holiday here and we needed some help to get our eSIM working. Rosie was super helpful and friendly and she got our problem sorted out in no time. We would definitely recommend you to visit Phone space in the Westfield Centre if you have a problem with your phone service. Being a foreigner is always full of pitfalls but Rosie was so friendly and so helpful and we appreciate that very much.
Service I get in Phonespace is exceptional. I always come to Phone space Parramatta, all the way from Castlehill because staff are very polite and gives best solution. I got my annual Sim services and mobile repair services from them. Very good and helpful team.
