Went in to get a blue htc one and they had it and set me up fairly quickly. Good customer service
When I dropped my Nexus 5 off for a simple screen repair the guys Chris and Jonathan told me it would be a few days for the part to come in and they'd call me when I could come get it. They never called me. Every time I called or went in to check on it they gave me excuses and blew me off. After almost a month I just had to go in and demand my phone back. I bought the part and my friend fixed it in about 20 minutes. I don't know what Phones in2 Cash is up to but it's not kosher. I advise taking your business elsewhere.
