Took my phone due to needing a quick repair and it was the only one open. I have a p7pro and was told I could get the dearer option of around 169, or the cheaper (which I opted for) for £100. I asked the woman the difference and all she said was she had repaired a lot of phones with the cheaper options and everyone was happy with it. Picked the phone up the next day and it was fine (phone was laggy and it felt cheap but you get what you pay for). I've not yet bought a phone from this shop, but I have required help and support on a number of occasions and I have always found them to be unfailingly polite and helpful and reasonable. I would go back and would also recommend this shop for phone support and repairs.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. If you have to pay more at any other phone repair shop in Kirkintilloch (there’s a good few) just do it! I took my phone to be repaired after a black line appeared across it. I explained the issue to them and was told it would be fixed once they put a new screen on it. Although when I picked it up the phone screen was ‘fixed’ I now have 100 other issues. First of all a full charge drains in under 2 and a half hours with MINIMAL use, switching or closing apps are laggy, the phone crashes continuously etc ... read more
