I was roasted so hard by Kody for how outdated my old phone was, cool water will not suffice for my burns. I will need urgent and prolonged medical attention. He actually offered to run over my old phone with his vehicle while I watched, which really drove home the complete and utter disdain he had for it. I very much appreciate that I bought from people with personalities and not robots just trying to make a sale. 10/10 customer service, would spend another several hundred dollars to relive the experience.
I had a great experience at Phonephix in Okotoks. I went in because one of my AirPods was extremely quiet, and the technician was able to fix it in just a few minutes. He was super friendly, explained what he was doing, and to my surprise didn’t charge me anything at all for the repair. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and customer service. I really appreciated how quick and helpful the whole experience was. Because of that, I’ll definitely be coming back to Phonephix for any future tech issues I have.
