I took my ps4 pro into phone Phix because they said they fix consoles and I told them it was dusty and it needed to be cleaned also the hdmi port didn’t work so they kept it for a few months and I had to constantly call them to ask when it was done and they didn’t tell me anything without me calling them they said it was gonna be ready on Sunday so I went there on Sunday and they said it wasn’t ready and they didn’t tell me beforehand. It was terrifying for me, but so simple for them that they didn't even charge me. Then they showed me how to fix it if it happened again.
Seriously! I got a work iPad and the search bar was stuck and it wouldn’t go away, I couldn’t open the iPad runt it off or anything!! I literally walked in the store show the guy behind the desk and told him my coworkers and I spent like 20 mins trying to fix it.. and he handed it back to me… I was like yeah it’s a tough one and this dude was like “ bring be something harder next time” lol he fixed it in 30 seconds 🤯🤯 Unreal!
