If i could give 0 stars I would. Actually the WORST customer experience of my entire life. They ruined my sons phone. They changed the battery and the screen and then tried to blame us for it when it started going black. A third party looked at it and confirmed they have internally damaged it. They couldn't care less. I will be posting this to all relevant social media services to expose these pathetic scammers. They refused to refund me which is illegal. Reporting to ACCC. NEVER ever come here.
Worst service, just went to replace my phones cracked screen and they break another part while repair and they said phones motherboard is faulty. My phone was working properly when i gave them to repair
Great customer service and quick repair time
I took my sons phone in to have the battery replaced, it was done in a fast efficient time. Very friendly service, thankyou again Kushi :)
