AVOID AVOID THERE ARE FAR BETTER PLACES WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE Whoever was working promised they would be able to get a part in for a screen fix the next day. Came the next day and was told that part wouldn’t be able to come until the following day, this isn’t what bothered me but there was no need to lie and force me to put a deposit down when they knew it wasn’t possible. If there’s no upfront honesty how can you expect the business to do proper work

I would highly recommend NOT using this company for phone repairs. We took a phone to them to repair the battery which had >80% battery health and they broke the entire phone and we needed to purchase a new one. Horrible service.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!!!! Do not use or trust this business. I took my iPhone 14 Pro to PhonePhix to have the battery replaced, which the staff said would take 20 minutes, cost $160 and was easy to do. They returned my iPhone with water damage and a faulty battery causing the phone to restart repeatedly every 3 minutes, rendering the phone unusable. I returned to the store to seek an explanation for the issue and was told they needed to keep the phone for 24 hours to fix the issue they had caused, impacting my ability to work. ... read more
