After waiting well over 2 weeks to hear back from them, I will say that they have no interest in returning emails, etc. I sent in an email asking some questions but never got a response, I am fairly certain I never included my actual phone because I didn't want to waste time (theirs and mine, because people often complaint about it being wasted if you dont buy the service) on the phone if I wasn't sure I would be using their service in the first place, I even left instructions to contact via email first before using the phon... read more
Edit: Response to business response: I checked my email and unless it came from an address that doesn’t have the company name in it i.e "phoneops" it isn't in there at all, including my spam, I clear that out weekly. Nothing on my voice mail either. I will give benefit of the doubt here and change it to atleast neutral just in case there is just some bad filtering going on or a mistyped email address on either parties side (mistakes happen) my caution is here due to already being scammed once by a licensed company.
