Had an issue with my phone after an update. Spectrum could not help but referred me to Manny and Frank at the PhoneFix at Countryside Mall. Manny was extremely helpful. It was a simple fix and he did it for no charge. I have purchased phone items from them before and will continue to do so. Great spot, give them a try.
