We're an IT services provider in VIC that has a commercial relationship with Phone Cycle. Our experience with them has been fantastic. They're highly professional, quick to respond and deliver a seamless service for our clients. I have personally referred several of my industry peers to them and have had great feedback.
I purchased a phone from here with a 12 month warranty. Within 3 months, the phone broke (battery expanded), they replaced it. 2 months later the phone stopped working again, they repaired it. It was returned to me and the display wasn’t working. Phone was still within warranty. I contacted them again to sort out a resolution- no reply. 4 months left in warranty and they ignored my messages and I’m left with a broken phone- terrible service, not happy at all.
Excellent service. Replace my old iPhone battery, fast & reliable.
