My friend and I had such a positive experience here! We had an issue with her iPhone, which kept turning off randomly without control. While we were mentally preparing for the worst, they figured out exactly what to do while keeping us updated. I contacted Alex this weekend regarding replacing my wife's cracked cellphone glass. Alex was informative and provided 3 options and once I decided on which option was best Alex ordered the part. I made an appointment for Monday at 11 a.m. and Alex explained the work would take approximately 2 hrs. My friend and I came into the store trying to get a new phone thinking the current phone was broken beyond repair. Medi was incredibly helpful and very honest with us. Instead of selling us a lower version iPhone for a higher price, he was willing to repair the current phone to brand new! I appreciate his honesty and hospitality with his service!
