Costs of phone repairs are ridiculous
Prompt service, but very pricey. Had a S10+ screen replaced. Was so happy they could fix it on the spot before the weekend that I didn't ask for a quote. Huge sticker shock at a $440 price tag when you can order a new screen for ~$200 from Samsung itself. After calling around other places for quotes since, really wish I had comparison shopped. Absurd price when you can get a brand new S10+ for $500.
The service was great, I had to have a battery replaced in a Blackberry. Was not expensive at all. Highly recommend
My daughter accidentally dropped her iPhone XR and the screen shattered. Thankfully I had purchased the extra insurance through Sprint that would cover this problem. OR SO I THOUGHT. After filling out forms, sending the phone to Apple and waiting for 2 weeks we finally got her phone back. In the exact same condition we had sent it in in the first place and with a note not even explaining why it was not fixed.
