Please don't use these , Very unhappy , my daughter had a new phone screen put on , she was offered no warranty on it, she had a screen protector also put on She had a small crack in the new screen which was not dropped ! When asking them if they could change it as it was only 3 weeks old , they refused saying it was her fault , They took cash as they obviously don't want to pay their vat like everyone else has too , Very rude man / the owner , I said as a good will gesture he should change it , he refused again offered us a... read more
Great customer service. Phone was fixed within 24 hours with no hassle. Very reasonable pricing and even changed a broken camera lens for free. Definitely recommend.
We got a new phone screen replacement 2 weeks ago it cost 70 pound, it was dropped a couple days later with the tiniest scratch on the phone screen, it stopped working a week after that just to find out he didn’t even replace it with an iPhone screen of course he didn’t tell us this because if he did we would of not got it from there we then asked for our money back and he didn’t give us it, we then asked him why he preferred cash and asked him was it because he didn’t pay his VAT he then replied saying yes I recommend you d... read more
