Called today, looking to sell my top of the line, barely used (I'm just a Samsung girly but I tried the iPhone and I just don't like them) and newest iPhone. I was told that they do NOT buy phones and the website is wrong. I spoke with a (what SOUNDED like), a young teenage girl. I didn't bother to ask her her name, she sounded as if she didn't want to be bothered
