Broke my volume button on a screen replacement. Told me she struggled to remove the screen. Phone kept turning off and the screen would turn completely bright pink. Called me a liar about the button. Told me my original screen wasn’t apple. The phone was bought by me from apple. Gave me my phone back after telling me I was lying about the above. Then told me she had forgotten to put screws in the phone. Screen had to come back off. Honestly avoid at all costs. If they damage your phone it’s your fault.

Very poor quality phone cover and protector.Was told it was a high quality protector it cracked within a week! The cover fell apart in 1-2 weeks!! Paid a lot for these items when I checked with other phone repairs in same centre . Refused refund and wanted me to pay for another cheap cover!! Do not buy from them .
