Took my PlayStation portal in for a analog stick replacement they sead three days for the part to come then today Friday the 12th of September I took it back in after travelling from Hertford for them to say they can’t do it till Monday at the earliest then they sead it would take 2 hours but couldn’t do it today because they didn’t phone and left it till 5pm and claiming they tried phoning me a dozen times witch they didn’t so I asked for my deposit of £10 back and they refused they wanted £25 just for a tiny part so after ... read more
