Avoid this shop for phone support or repairs. The technician is incompetent, lacking both the necessary knowledge and professional ethics. I took in a fully functional phone for a simple battery replacement, but he ended up damaging the device. He claimed it needed to be sent out for further repair and requested nearly a week, though I believe it remained in the shop the entire time with no real attempt to fix the issue he caused.
