Could not be more angry with these guys right now. Gave them my 10 year olds phone fix last week (shattered glass/screen). They have lost it (I phone 14) and are now denying all knowledge of it! Her mum died last year and she gave her that phone before she died. My daughter is heartbroken and they just say “are you sure it was this store” (Caulfield village plaza outside Cole’s). Had a pretty busted up galaxy. Biab took the task and did a wicked job. Screen is tops fingerprint scanner works like a dream. Had forgotten to get a back plate replacement so the busted up one was taken off and put back on solid still. Big ups to Biab.

I purchased a cover and screen protector. The protector was not properly adhered to the base of the screen, was pushed on, whole protector had multiple cracks. Not from being dropped. After a couple of months. No responsibility taken. Case looks like 12 months with another brand. I would warn people from spending their hard earned money at this facility
