Purchased an Iqos iluma that is breaking down while puffin. Contacted several times the shop or try to get holding on the merchant but failed to do so, therefore requires a further investigation on what disposable vapes and also eletronic sigarettes is selling. Really disappointed as they don’t accept also any return or return whether you walk back with evidence through receipt along with products or whether not.
They did not fix my phone they damaged it. They were simply to remove my sim that was stuck. Now they have ruined my phone, and the sim port scratches every sim I put in now. These people need to be sued. Their customer service is crap. They were very rude and denied liability. Caution ⚠️
BEWARE:- My partner and I went into this store to get my sim that was stuck in the port removed, they damaged the sin port so badly and were so horribly rude. They're unethical, quarrelsome, and horrible at customer service. They do damage . Don't do business with them if you are ethical because they're unethical.
