Called on Friday regarding a phone screen replacement. I was told that they had the right screen for my phone and could do the replacement the same day. After arriving, I was told that they actually don't have the right screen and I would need to come back the next day. I was quoted £85 for the job, and paid a £40 deposit. I was asked to leave my phone there overnight but opted to take it home and bring it back the next morning. Terrible service and dishonesty went for battery replacement he damaged the phone in the process damaging the circuit too, the phone wouldn’t work. Went to Apple they told us whoever had changed the battery had damaged it and it was now classed as dead went back for assistance wether it was for another replacement or a refund, he looked at me as If I had two heads tried to pretend at one point he didn’t understand what I was saying and refused to help. Don’t go there!!
