Avoid. Took my daughters phone in & got a new screen for £110. Specifically asked about warranty & was told 'any issues, bring it back, as long as it hasn't been dropped'. Less than a month later phone stops working. Told no repair, no refund as 'insides are cracked'. Clearly hasnt been dropped, not a mark on it. Expensive lesson learnt.
Took 2 iPhones with a cracked back glass. Was by far the cheapest quote I had. On top of this both phones were fixed with in 1.5hours. I had a small problem with the flashlight on one of the phones after the repair and the shop took it back in and fixed it within an hour with no issue. Great comms aswell. Would recommend. :)
Visited the store today (11/10) for the first time. The screen on my phone had been completely smashed. I discussed repair options and pricing, but ultimately decided not to proceed as the phone wasn’t worth the cost. Despite this, the gentleman in the store kindly offered to help me by transferring my SIM card from the broken phone to an older spare device I had brought along.
