If I could give zero stars, I would. This place told my brother they would have his phone fixed by today. They had his phone for 2 days and it's still not fixed. We came in to pick his phone up and they wanted to try to charge him $15 "for shipping". They didn't do anything with his phone.
Fixed my husband's phone fixed in 15 minutes at a reasonable price.
One word do not use them The younger guy is OK and he probably would have been better to deal with but the older guy just wanted your money..my phone worked for one day...and didn't offer to give a dime back...if he can live with it so can i and he told me $60 to fix it and my debt card said $65. UPDATE TO OWERS RESPONSE...THE PHONE WASNT CHARGED BECAUSE YALL HAD IT SUPPOSELY FIXING IT...IT CAME ON LASTED ABOUT 2 MIN...IF YALL HAD TOLD ME THE FIRST TIME I CAME BACK THAT IT COULDNT BE FIXED OR THAT IT WOULDNT LAST BUT ABOUT 2... read more
Bought a Tempered Glass and a OtterBox case for my 2 year old s22 Ultra. The guy behind the counter was very nice and installed both onto my phone and told me the Tempered Glass was $25 when I asked how much it was. And it indeed was $25. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no thank you and then proceeded to walk out and could tell immediately when I got home that my Glass was installed incorrectly because one side was getting hung up on my case from being up to high on the screen.
