Called Chris quite late Friday afternoon to see if he could help with a phone that quite literally worked one minute and didn't the next. Couldn't go online, make or recieve calls or texts. Spent 90 minutes on the phone to Vodafone no help. Spent an hour on the phone to Samsung who said the only solution was a factory reset. This was not the solution. Chris got me to bring the phone in. Genuinely honest and straightforward service from Chris! What i thought would be an expensive repair of my camera glass, turned out to be just a simple fix, which he kindly did free of charge. Somewhere else checked it and said it would potentially require an entire new back. Great place to go to get your items repaired. Thank you for your kind help with my phone, despite my insistence it was a more expensive repair!!
