⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Phone Repairs n More - Katy. They replaced the broken back glass and the battery on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and the phone looks and works like new again. The repair was clean, fast, and done right the first time. Staff was straightforward and easy to work with, no pressure, no upsell. If you need phone repairs in Katy, this place delivers.
Absolutely do not recommend this place. Honestly, I don’t understand how they have 5 stars probably because they offer customers a discount in exchange for writing five-star reviews. That’s extremely misleading and not a sign of real quality. I brought my daughter’s iPad in after they repaired because the screen was popping out, and I had to return FOUR times to get it fixed properly. Thanks Sam!! He cleaned out my charging port in about 10 minutes and its charging like nothing happened. Very honest with everything and didnt try to upsell me on anything. I really appreciate it again Sam!!
I’ve been seeing Ms. Nadia for about 2 years now and she has the best craftsmanship and handiwork, the business she runs has very competitive pricing and quality!
