The repair was clean, fast, and done right the first time. Staff was straightforward and easy to work with, no pressure, no upsell. If you need phone repairs in Katy, this place delivers.
I had the best experience at this place. I tried another phone repair place and they wanted to charge me a lot of money and couldn't even guarantee results. Taylor was helpful and honest. I would definitely recommend this place. If I should find the need for phone repair again this place will be my go to location.
Absolutely do not recommend this place. Honestly, I don’t understand how they have 5 stars probably because they offer customers a discount in exchange for writing five-star reviews. That’s extremely misleading and not a sign of real quality. I brought my daughter’s iPad in after they repaired because the screen was popping out, and I had to return FOUR times to get it fixed properly. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient with his time. Definitely was Customer service oriented and listen to my needs to the tea. I suggest this place over any other place near the area.
I’ve been seeing Ms. Nadia for about 2 years now and she has the best craftsmanship and handiwork, the business she runs has very competitive pricing and quality! She is very friendly and she has been working with the iPhone and other apple products ever since 2011. I recommend her to all the people I know who have problems with their phones
