I cannot put into words how thoroughly awful this place is at repairing iphone's and laptops. I gave them my water damaged iPhone 14. They 'repaired' it by replacing the screen with a substandard plastic replacement. Now the proximity sensor no longer works (meaning I cant recieve calls without pressing buttons). This 'repair' has voided my Apple warrenty so I have to pay full price to fix the damage that they have caused. I only recieved a partial refund for this. What a shame. They seemed like lovely people. I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro for a housing replacement, and while the repair looked great, Apple Pay stopped working afterward. I brought it back, and they kindly agreed to take another look—but it still didn’t work. In the end, I paid full price for a phone that no longer functions properly. Really disappointing
My aged phone kept turning on and off. I got the battery replaced and a new protective case but when the problem persisted I was able to get a new phone with the initial cost of battery and case knocked off. Really great service. And I'm delighted with the new phone
