What a shame. They seemed like lovely people. I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro for a housing replacement, and while the repair looked great, Apple Pay stopped working afterward. I brought it back, and they kindly agreed to take another look—but it still didn’t work. In the end, I paid full price for a phone that no longer functions properly. Really disappointing
My aged phone kept turning on and off. I got the battery replaced and a new protective case but when the problem persisted I was able to get a new phone with the initial cost of battery and case knocked off. Really great service. And I'm delighted with the new phone
