Well, my experience with phone repair tech was great! I walked in and I didn’t know what to expect because I needed a cover and a screen. At 75 years old, going into these types of stores I thought I just would get so lost. But the gentleman was so kind. I told him what i wanted and showed him my beat up cover and protector screen. Hasib is both very personable and very professional, the best possible combination in my experience. He helped me migrate entirely successfully to a new smartphone, something I had no previous experience with and felt I needed professional help to do. It went great and at a very reasonable cost. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
I had my battery DIE. DEAD beyond recessitating! Someone called around to a couple of phone repair places.. but no. Didn't seem right for me. Then we saw the ad for phone repair at Grossmont Mall! We called, and Hasib said, "Go ahead and bring it in. It will be ready by 5 pm. " I picked it up about 4:30. It was such a good experience. I will go there for any future phone issues.
