I had my battery DIE. DEAD beyond recessitating! Someone called around to a couple of phone repair places.. but no. Didn't seem right for me. Then we saw the ad for phone repair at Grossmont Mall! We called, and Hasib said, "Go ahead and bring it in. It will be ready by 5 pm. " I picked it up about 4:30. It was such a good experience. I will go there for any future phone issues. if you need a screen replacement/phone worked on, look no further! Hasib was super kind from the get go, he stayed open late to fix my phone, was honest, didn't try to upsell me, and is clearly skilled at what he does. i drove over here angry, rushing, stressed out and in a bad mood, which quickly diminished after talking with Hasib; now i'm in my car, writing a google review on my fixed phone and feeling grateful for interactions like this.
Absolute quality and timely work. I will certainly be returning for any future repairs.
I have gone to this place several times and have always been extremely happy. The service and care is amazing, and my phone was repaired this last time, I'm so happy I didn't have to buy a new phone!!! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!
