I brought my child iPad to them Dec 20th to get it repaired. They told me to come back on the 23rd nothing has been done to it, a miscommunication on I had to put a deposit down for them to even start but they took my iPad without the deposit telling me to come back a certain day. The lady always fixes my phone right
If you're looking for a confrontational experience, you've come to the right place. They'll promise cell phone repairs, take your money, and then act like nothing's wrong. Your phone will be sitting in a warehouse with many others, and customer service will be unresponsive and unhelpful
They are very nice but one thing is they took a whole week to fix the back of my screen i tried to be understanding but it was too much aside from that , that my phone was returned to me with a loose battery and it still hasn't been fixed because the lady is never there or she always has an emergency like come on. I took my phone in to get the back screen fixed which seems like a decent job well done but came out with a bad lose battery probably old battery because my battery was perfectly fine when i dropped it off. Do not come to this place unless you have time and money to waste. It is the most unprofessional service I have had to deal with. It takes forever to do the bare minimum and they end up doing a lousy job. After making me return to the store numerous times, they installed wrong parts so I ended up having to buy a new phone. $165 for nothing.
