I had a good experience with the repair shop. The technician diagnosed my damaged Mac Air quickly and produced a report I used to claim compensation from my Insurance Company. Good value for money and we must support small business such as this.
I cannot speak highly enough about Backwell Phone Repair Shop!! I spent all week last week in and out of the nailsea phone shop, each time I collected my phone from them it seemed to have another fault. I walked into the Backwell Phone Repair Shop yesterday afternoon, explained the situation and the very helpful man said he had an idea of the problem. I got a new case and screen protector because case I got off Amazon for Christmas was bad so I went here and I got a nice one that covers the camera, thanks very much
Absolute awful service.. i would give it 0 star if i could what a waste of money and time. My phone is still not fixed and i have paid over £100 which they wont give back even though they have given me my phone thats still broken.
