Absolutely horrible customer service and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my phone in to have both the battery and the back glass replaced. After I got it back, my phone was in much worse condition than before. The battery life became terrible, the phone started overheating constantly, and it became almost unusable. Before the repair, I never had these issues. I went back in person expecting them to stand behind their work and help fix the problem. Instead, I was treated with complete disrespect. I didn’t know about here I took my ps5 and he fixed it in one hour and I did cleaning my ps5 also with them and also you can check they have nice phone cases thank you Sherzai for being so nice and useful
