These guys are great! I've taken three phones to them, and my son has taken one as well. Every experience was great. The service was fast, and they use OEM parts when possible. The owner is a really nice guy, and someone you can trust. If you need a phone or smartwatch repaired, these are the guys to go to.
The plug on my phone stopped working. I called to find out how much to get the plug repaired and they quoted me $90 or so. When I arrived the technician looked at the plug and said "I think it's just got lint in it." He took it in the back and I could hear him blowing it out with air. A few seconds later he returned and it was fixed. I asked how much and he said they don't charge for it! Can you believe that? Amazing customer service.
This place was great. Ordered the part for me that came the next day. They called to tell me when they got the part. I brought my phone and they fixed it super quick for a very fair price.
The shop owner installed a faulty screen and then made me sign a paper saying that I was okay with it, creating an impression that the problem would fix itself.
