I had the most frustrating experience with this shop. Took my phone in to have the broken back screen replaced. They’ve taken off the SIM card and handed the phone back to without installing it back. I made a couple of wasted trips into Stratford to collect it, both times the sim wasn’t ready and I was told it was in Birmingham. I couldn’t use my phone (which was a work phone) for two and a half days.
