Super easy to arrange an appointment over WhatsApp. Will let me know in good time he was going to be overrunning on the day of my original appointment so we were quickly able to rearrange. He managed to fix the issue (replacing a charger port that was charging but not transferring data) meaning I can use my beloved Apple CarPlay once more. Payment was also super easy and it was all done for a fair price - much cheaper than buying a new phone. Thank you!
