The son is RUDE to customers. I fixed two phones with him (£200) later he's STILL rude. His dad..SAM is a pleasure to work with.. the son? Is rude rude rude!

DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP. They charged my partner £125 for a shoddy repair of a broken screen and left glue all over the phone it looked like a 5 year old had done it. Not only that but they for some reason removed my partner's SIM card and "lost" it. No apology offered just got told "usually people take their SIM cards out before they give it to us". Worried about potential fraud through use of the SIM to clone her phone we have had to block it and change all of her passwords. Definitely avoid this shop.

Absolute waste of money. This person doesn’t know how to repair an iphone. Changed my iPhone screen, battery and plug in port for £125 . Touch button won’t work which he wants another £25 however some one else changed the screen again surprisingly touch button started working without any issues even able to register fingerprint.I have to go back to him 6 times as battery was only lasted 4 hours after full charge without SIM card and not connected to Wi-Fi. And the last battery he put it in swelled up pushing the screen out. ... read more
