Excellent service. Approachable staff. Fair prices. Very transparent about their process. Will be back again for any phone repairs or part replacements. Excellent work, team (came in for a usb-c port repair on an iPhone 15 pro).
The team here was professional and was able to rectify the issue my Samsung phone within warranty.
I can see why this store has such high ratings—the team is truly professional. I had a screen issue with my Samsung phone and was assisted by Rakesh. Despite the phone being out of warranty, Rakesh was incredibly helpful and even offered to check with the Samsung warranty team to see if the repair could be covered at no cost. It was a pleasure dealing with Rakesh; he was professional and easy to work with. From now on, this will be my go-to place for any mobile phone repairs.
