My partner thought her iPhone screen was cracked, and went in for a replacement. This nice, honest man told her it was in fact a screen protector (that she didn't know was on the phone) that was cracked. A new screen protector was purchased and quickly fitted. I bought one for my iPhone too! Highly recommend.
