Extremely happy with the service I received from Spencer and the Phone Mav Team. Spencer replaced the cracked screen from my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from a donor used device. Unfortunately, the screen that arrived had numerous scrapes, cuts, and gouges. We were mutually disappointed with the replacement, so Spencer offered to order another replacement to ensure I walked away satisfied with the repair. Spencer was super helpful and informative helping me with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I originally went to another vendor but the screen was laggy after repair. I reached out to him and he explained a lot and got me a better screen that was an instant change. Thanks again
Spencer is great, my son broke his HDMI port on his PS5. Some of the other shops tried quoting us five days, but Spencer had it back to us next day at a fairly reasonable price.
