I broke my phone at the gym and contacted Phone Lodge, who were extremely helpful from the outset. I was able to go in the same day, and the team were polite, professional, and genuinely kind. In particular, the younger gentleman I dealt with took the time to explain my options clearly and honestly. Instead of pushing an expensive repair, they advised me on the most sensible and cost-effective solution, which I really appreciated. Their aigburth road branch have fixed my phone 2 times that ive broken it and both times been great! Fast and reasonable price, 5 stars! I actually bought the phone from the lodge lane shop too, its a great phone
Nipped into the shop as was driving by and saw the sign. Saleem was polite , professional and courteous. He fixed my phone in a day!! Highly recommend excellent service my phone is like new and great price, thank you xx
