I had such a good experience here I had to leave a review. I was originally told by Apple that my phone needed a whole new logic board and they were trying to charge me around $500… saying I might as well just get a new phone. I refused to accept that bc my phone doesn’t have a single scratch and is less than 2 years old. Someone recommended I come to Phone Kings on Summer Ave and I’m SO glad I did. Absolutely amazing service! They saved me a ton of money by expertly handling the soldering and desoldering of my A/C EEPROM. Very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Don’t hesitate to use their service — highly recommended and very affordable!
Definitely go to Phone Kings for your phone repair needs! Friendly, fast, and appropriately priced. iRepair out in Collierville told me it would be $250 to fix my phone but Phone Kings did it for $80, which is in line with what my research had said my specific repair should cost. Can’t recommend enough!
I brought my kids two tablets in to get the charger ports fixed,I’m guessing something went wrong while he was doing my daughters tablet,he could’ve dropped it but when I got them back my daughter screen was showing up black and with lines going through it,it wasn’t that way before also where the charger port is it’s bent. I’ve brought my phone there numerous of times to get fixed… could’ve been honest so I just spent money for nothing on my daughters tablet smh!
This company is such a down to earth, honest, and 'mom and pop' shop that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Local Memphis electronic repair shops, have lately have been hard to find that aren't trying to give you 5 day delays and actually care. They worked with me on my battery that was super complex to deal with on my laptop. I needed some micro soldering done on my laptop and these folks are legit.
