Great customer service and explanation as to why my phone not charging. New battery and collected phone in a couple of hours. I was lucky as the battery apparently could have exploded. I will never charge it overnight again! Thank you so much.

I have always had excellent service here. I broke several screens (my own fault) which they always fixed really quickly. Today it was a new battery and some great advice on a proper charging regime. I have always left my phone on charge overnight. I now know that’s not wise - instead take it off charge when full and don’t charge again until it’s almost flat.That will extend battery life. I learned something there.

My Samsung S10's charging port was in need of a repair. Whenever connecting a charger to the phone, only a limited number of cables would work and even these would need to be connected on a certain angle for the phone to charge. I had tried to clean the charging port myself by removing some debris with a needle but still couldn't get a secure charging connection. I contacted Simtek via WhatsApp to see if they could replace the back glass of my iPhone. They were super responsive and helpful and advised me how to book in. They came in early so I could drop my phone off and had it back to me, as good as new within 3 hours. Couldn’t recommend them enough and very good value for money.
