Really happy with the service! Super friendly, quick to help, and explained everything clearly. My laptop is working perfectly again and the price was fair. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs in Cardiff.

In Phone/PC repair it is so important to find someone you can trust and Simtek are now my guys. I first used them because they were nearest (I lived in the same building) fully expecting an average to poor experience. They were so good that - even though I have now moved to a nearby city, I trek back to these dudes. Cannot recommend highly enough. If your device *can* be fixed, these guys will do it.

Excellent. I asked first thing Wednesday morning if they could replace the smashed screen on my ipad. I was able to take it straight in and was told it would be ready within 24 hours, possibly that day. Within 20 minutes, they WhatsApped me to say it was ready for collection. Shockingly quick! And a great repair.
