I went in to have my battery on my iPhone replaced as it started swelling and lifting my phone screen quite a bit. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and I explained my situation and I was told the cost upfront to replace the battery, which I found to be very reasonable and way cheaper than getting a brand new phone! I was not a customer of this location but my good friend was and I was the person the company contacted to get in touch with her about her phone. She had the worst experience here. They broke her power button and motherboard, kept the phone for 2 weeks, didn't update her about any of the complications and still insisted on charging her full price.
