Thay were not very helpful, but very nice.
Do NOT bring your phone for repair to this place. Brought in a phone to have the charging port replaced. They charged me $129 and then when receiving phone calls, the speaker was all static-y. Brought it back. Left it for 2 days then picked it up and the microphone didn’t work so you could make a call but no one would hear you. Brought it back. Left it for 2 days. I do not want to admit to the world how many ipad screens my children have broken….the world needs to know about Phone Zone in Ballwin: absolutely 5 stars. In my experience, PZ has repaired multiple cracked screens for me, they’ve performed software updates on various electronics, and every encounter has been wonderful. PZ is super knowledgeable, they’re honest about repairs, and the pricing is fair. Try them out!
