Brought my iPhone in with a cracked screen to have screen replaced. Employee was friendly, knowledgeable and had the screen in stock. Placed order to have replacement screen installed. In past at other stores it has taken a few hours to replace. Employee was done with my phone in 30 minutes. No need to drop off and come back for pickup. Price to have work done was very reasonable. I definitely will use this store again and recommend them for your phone repairs. Thanks a million on your friendly and fast service!!
Phone Zone replaced the face of my wife’s iwatch. When that failed a week later, they tried again. When that failed in a few days, they traded out the old watch for a new one! Incredible service and accountability!!! Love these folks. So impressive how they stand behind their work.

Do NOT bring your phone for repair to this place. Brought in a phone to have the charging port replaced. They charged me $129 and then when receiving phone calls, the speaker was all static-y. Brought it back. Left it for 2 days then picked it up and the microphone didn’t work so you could make a call but no one would hear you. Brought it back. Left it for 2 days. UPDATE: I was able to resolve the original issue. Mohammed contacted me and reimbursed me for the difference originally paid. I have revised my review. THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO REACH Mohammed Yadak. Please reply to the email I sent to you. I paid for a sim card tray you said you ordered nearly three months ago. Never heard back from you. Requesting a credit back to my card.
