The battery in my Galaxy S6Active was not holding a charge any more. This phone does not have easy access to the battery and is sealed. Most people won't touch it to replace the battery because you have to remove the screen to get to the battery. Phone Geeks were helpful, knowledgeable, and able to replace my battery. I was so thrilled that there was no data loss and I didn't have to spend the money for a new phone. Thank you for your professionalism and good work! The price was right too!
