I called in the shop after a recommendation from a friend. I needed an old style Samsung charger and plug for an emergency personal alarm system. My relative is disabled and wears a button on a pendant to call for help if she falls. The monitor required a new cable to charge it and I explained this to guy at Phone geeks.
