DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! This man overcharged me for repairs with absolutely no warranty (doesn't even provide a receipt/breakdown of the costs) and not only did he not repair my phone in time (took over a week to repair), but HE ALSO RUINED MY IPHONE'S PRIMARY MICROPHONE (which was working before the repair)! I had bought ram to upgrade my Dell XPS17 but I couldn’t get the back off, messaged Phone Geek last night, got a response within a few minutes, came in the next day and the job was done in 5 minutes while I was waiting and I wasn’t charged for the service. Will be going back for any tech related issue
My phone was a difficult fix, with a couple of other shops unable to get parts. Phone geek was able to source the parts and get it back to me really quickly. Was recommended by a local and will be using again if I need anything fixed!
