My phone was not working due to a cracked screen. Therefore, I decided to bring it to phone fix and the manager fixed it and it was brand new. Also, another situation occurred due to it being dropped again bought it back and it was fixed immediately and only took 15 mins. to being back brand new as it was opened in a new box. I am new to Charlotte and this is far most the best place ever and the customer service is phenomenal. If you need a phone fix this is the place to go to.
