Phone wouldn't even turn on. I thought I had to buy a new one. The young man had a look at the phone inside and out, and within ten minutes he had it working. Honest, professional and patient. Definitely recommend! Thank you so much.
5/5 stars ! I’ve only ever been served by Tim but any co workers with Tim would be more than sufficient. 10/10 customer service and quality of repair. Very easy to talk with, clear spoken, intelligent. The last 2 times I’ve been to him, he hasn’t charged me for diagnosing the issue plus when I was charged , the company definitely have fair pricing! One time he stuck to the warranty without any questions asked etc. A pleasure to deal with but the more I think of it, I think he did it out of kindness just replacing the screen ... read more
