Im pretty upset right now . All I asked was for a hard reset on my moms phone because she put a lock on it and she has onsets of alzehimers and I have the Google unlock info . Absolutely dishonest business. Took my computer in for repair, and the man acted like he knew what he was doing. Paid for a diagnostic, waited 4 days just for them to come back with a vague "issue" and demand an outrageous amount of money. They also tried to upsell me fake parts I never asked for. When I asked for proof of the work they supposedly did, they provided nothing-just vague claims with no explanation for the ridiculous cost, basically pressures you to pay. Awful service, waited 3 weeks for my screen to be fixed, and not even two months later I can barely turn it on, the screen has to be slammed on to respond and the battery is messed up
