This place is horrible and they will try to scam money from you any way that they can... they took advantage of my elderly father and charged him over 3 times as much as the phone is worth and that was after convincing him that the phone that he had brought in was unable to be fixed (it actually was and it was a pretty straight forward and simple fix but had convinced my father that it couldn't be fixed) and on top of this he ended up charging him for a whole other phone plan when he just needed a new sim card!!! Brought my mom's laptop in with little hope of repair. It isn't a top of the line machine, but it is sentimental. The keyboard had stopped working (she was using a USB keyboard instead), and then it stopped charging. I explained the problem and was asked for a reasonable diagnostic deposit. I was contacted within a day or two with what the issues were: the laptop needed a new power supply, and a replacement keyboard. Im pretty upset right now . All I asked was for a hard reset on my moms phone because she put a lock on it and she has onsets of alzehimers and I have the Google unlock info . I came back an hour later to be told its the software on the phone . Which has never been an issue . To come back 3 hours later only to be told its the buttons that are the problem . Absolutely dishonest business. Took my computer in for repair, and the man acted like he knew what he was doing. Paid for a diagnostic, waited 4 days just for them to come back with a vague "issue" and demand an outrageous amount of money. They also tried to upsell me fake parts I never asked for. When I asked for proof of the work they supposedly did, they provided nothing-just vague claims with no explanation for the ridiculous cost, basically pressures you to pay. Awful service, waited 3 weeks for my screen to be fixed, and not even two months later I can barely turn it on, the screen has to be slammed on to respond and the battery is messed up
