I been to their belfast shop. Not good service. Fix my charging port and broke my screen. And Said fixed from portadown shop go there
Had a phone left in to another shop for 4 days to get huawei ID took off the phone and got told that many excuses decided to take it elsewhere, went to phone finity and they told me to come back in half an hour even though I went in 5 minutes before it closed they stayed open to get my phone sorted and was able to get what I needed done in that space of time, very good service and didn’t waste my time like the other shop
Customer care is appealing especially when CEO is consulted for expert advice.Care beyond just business ;cheering up customers ,IT'S NOT EASY TO EXPEND IN HARD TIMES.@ PHONE HOUSE ;SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE.
I love this shop it has very good quality products and very cheap prices I love it if u ever need anything technical come here
