Great service
Owner was very quick to order the screen I needed replaced even for a 5 year old phone. Once the screen arrived, I got a call and it was ready in about 1.5 hours after I dropped it off. He went through all the testing with me to show it's functioning well. Since I got it back, the OEM screen has been working as expected. He was very transparent about the cost so there were no surprises when the bill came. He was very helpful and professional - wouldn't hesitate to go back but hopefully I won't need to!
replaced cracked screen with budget screen, now face ID doesn't work. Claimed there was water damage so not his fault, but I know the screen id worked when i took it in. I think he knew there was a compatibility issue with the budget screen and put the issue back on me- Not happy, did not feel he was being honest. Will not return
The most consistent and quality service I've ever had with my iPhone. I have had some unusual physical external issues over the years, and have received perfect treatment every time here. The customer service keeps me coming back as well. Fair prices and good times.
