Came in with water damage to my phone and Bill had it dried out and fixed in only a few hours. Definitely THE first stop for me with anything phone related from now on. Thanks Bill!
I cracked my phone screen for a Pixel 9 Pro, and Bill was awesome for fixing it! I've had experiences where the screen gets fixed, but something doesn't work (ie auto dimming on a call). But I can say after getting my phone back, everything has been perfect 👍 Bill's also fairly priced too!
Ive been going here for the past few years. He knows what he’s talking about and he always gets it done. I don’t feel taken advantage of and I feel safe with leaving my phone for him to attend to. On top of this, every time he gets my phone fixed in great timing, at least for the work I’ve had done to my phone.I can always count on my guy. I don’t go anywhere else. Biggest green flag, he will tell you immediately the truth to your face

**Terrible Experience – Not Trustworthy at All** I tried this place, and I regret it. They are completely irresponsible and don’t stand behind their work. I asked them to replace the screen on my Samsung Galaxy E5, and I clearly told them it’s a rugged phone and needs the same type of screen as the original (OEM), since I work as a mechanic and need durability.
