Excellent customer service and had my phone fixed in 30 minutes
I had locked up my beloved Samsung Note 10 and worked on trying to free it up for a month. I finally took it to the Phone Drs. and Robert had it unlocked in about 15 minutes. What a relief!!! We need businesses like this!
I receive excellent customer service each time I go to this location. They were able to return phones that I thought were beyond repair looking like new. Repairs were all done same day and prices are very reasonable.
Quick shout out to Robert for his help in getting my S22 Ultra screen replaced. He was very patient , friendly and calm while tolerating my near impatience while waiting for the part to be delivered. ( It was on back order for a few days- certainly not his fault.) As promised, he contacted me the moment the part made it. I showed up shortly after and in 30 minutes my phone was good to go.
